Sign-in and account access

Open Built Twice and use the sign-in or password-reset options. If you joined through a coach or organization, ask that contact to confirm the email address and workspace used for your invitation.

Training, check-ins, and messages

For questions about an assigned session, check-in, coaching decision, or another athlete-specific matter, contact your coach through Built Twice messaging. Product faults can be reported through the support form in Settings.

Connected services

Connection status, refresh, and disconnect controls for supported services are available under Integrations. Include the provider name and what you expected to happen in a support request, but never include a password, access token, or recovery code.

Privacy, export, and deletion

Account data export and deletion controls are available in Settings. Privacy questions or help completing a request can be submitted through the same support form. Built Twice may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request.

Community safety

Use the report, block, or mute controls shown with community content or accounts. Add any further context through the support form. If there is an immediate risk of harm, contact the appropriate local emergency or safeguarding service rather than waiting for a product-support response.
